2B Nick Gonzales, New Mexico St.: Gonzales put in a remarkable hitting display over his first four games as he went 16-for-22 at the plate with 4 homers, 1 double, 12 runs scored and 16 RBI in games against Texas Southern.

RHP Will Bausinger, Missouri Southern St.: Bausinger became the first pitcher in school history to throw a perfect game during a 9-0 win over Washburn. Over nine innings, he struck out 17 batters and threw 122 pitches. It marked the second highest strike total in school history

RHP Grant Judkins, Iowa: Judkins pitched a career-high six no-hit innings and struck out a career-high 11 batters during a 10-0 win over Marshall.

OF/DH Chase Sortor, Morehead St.: In two games against Furman, Sortor went 5-for-7 with 3 home runs, 2 doubles, 5 runs scored and 6 RBI.

RHP Alek Manoah, West Virginia: Manoah struck out 13 Kennesaw St. batters over six innings with no walks and one earned run.

1B Tanner Allen, Mississippi St.: Allen was 7-for-13 at the plate with 2 home runs, 3 doubles, 13 RBI and 5 runs scored during a 3-game series against Youngstown St.

LHP John Doxakis, Texas A&M: Doxakis had a career-tying 12 strikeouts over 7 innings during a 4-0 win over Fordham. He only allowed 1 hit, no runs and didn’t walk a batter.

RHP Drey Jameson, Ball St.: Jameson struck out 9 in 6 innings against Stanford and didn’t allow a hit.

LHP Jared Shuster, Wake Forest: Shuster struck out a career-high 11 batters over 6 innings during a 5-3 win over Georgetown. Entering the game, he had never struck out more than 4 batters in a game at Wake Forest.

SS Trei Cruz, Rice: Cruz went 8-for-18 at the plate with 2 home runs, 2 triples, 10 RBI, scored 5 runs, stole 2 bases and had 18 total bases during a 3-game series against Rhode Island. He did the bulk of his damage in the finale as he collected 4 extra base hits and drove in 9 runs, one shy of the school record held by his dad, Jose Cruz, Jr.
